Raspberry Sorbet

Delicious….  and easy!

RASPBERRY SORBET

800g Raspberries

2-3 tablespoons of light agave syrup

Blitz all ingredients together then taste for sweetness. It needs to be slightly sweeter as freezing dulls the sweetness.

Place in an ice cream maker for 25mins then 2hrs in the freezer or if no ice cream maker place in container for 1hr in the freezer then mush with a fork doing this twice more. Serve when happy with consistency.

Add extra raspberries when serving – delicious!
