Please read the Terms and Conditions in advance of commencing any garden landscaping project. These terms and conditions are binding once you have agreed to a garden contract. Please request these items using the email address provided below.

COURSES/WORKSHOPS

To book a course, please call us on 07946604162 and provide the name of the chosen course, your name, and your contact details. Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you once it has been processed. 

Or email us at info@verbenalandscapes.co.uk with the Name of the Course, Date, your name, and details. Confirmation of your enrolment in the course will be sent to you via email.

No tickets are issued, so please state your name on arrival.

SPECIAL REQUEST

If you have any special dietary requirements or other requirements, please email us at ku.oc.sepacsdnalanebrev@nagem at least 2 working days prior to the course.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Friends or family members are welcome to attend a course in your place, provided at least 2 days notification has been given before the course starts. You will need to provide their name, contact details and any dietary requirements.

Otherwise, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds on our Courses or Events, but we can offer transfers to an alternative course date, provided we have been given enough notice (subject to availability)

• More than 2 weeks' notice before the course starts – we can transfer you to another course or event at no extra charge
• Less than 2 weeks' notice before a course starts – we can transfer you to another course; however, there will be an administration/materials charge of £15.00.
• Less than 1 week's notice before the course starts – we regret we cannot offer a refund.

If we cancel any courses or events at any time, we will contact you and provide options to transfer to another course of equal value or receive a full refund of your payment.

FILMING/PHOTOS

Filming and photography will take place throughout our courses or events. Please let us know if you would prefer not to be involved.
